We are a growing church that’s full of life. It's easy to find us as we are right slap bang in the middle of the city centre. As a church, we’ve only been going two years but already have a growing student group- with students and lecturers from Newcastle University, Northumbria University and Newcastle College, as well as people from all walks of life.
We are not religious and so people find it easy to come with their friends who enjoy the laughter, atmosphere and cafe culture that characterizes our meetings. Each month we run transport to great celebration events in Glasgow or Edinburgh with international speakers that can help you take the next step.
We believe Christianity is an intellectually credible lifestyle that gives you the edge in life and our Bible based preaching reflects this.
There are a number of specifically student focused events such as The Student Welcome Night each Autumn, a Student Weekend away, and a Student Housegroup Bible Study Thursday nights.
The Destiny Newcastle Facebook site is a great way to connect with other students.
